Meet the team
We're a group dedicated to making the exploitation of people's data a thing of the past.
Chandler studied Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech and law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to TrackOFF, he worked as a privacy and technology attorney in Chicago. In his free time he enjoys running and a good bourbon (not at the same time).

Chandler Givens
CEO & Co-founder
Ryan studied Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech and Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins. He previously worked at Northrop Grumman as a software engineer focusing in four main sectors: information systems, space systems, cyber systems and radar systems. He is responsible both for reverse engineering online privacy threats as well as designing and developing TrackOFF's proprietary anti-tracking technology.

Ryan Flach
CTO & Co-founder
Born and raised in Charm City, Sherrod is glad to be back after taking his talents to North Carolina to get degrees from Davidson College and Wake Forest. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Sherrod is a jack-of-all-trades, getting a little taste of ops, business development, and marketing. When he's not listening to podcasts on the water taxi, you can find him trying new restaurants or gearing up for a big game

Sherrod Davis
VP, Operations
George attended the University of Missouri, and received a degree in Biology, before going into software engineering. He develops new methods of disrupting data mining techniques and leads our team of developers working on new products for TrackOFF's privacy conscious users. George enjoys performing stand-up comedy at open mic nights and reading comic books.

George Watson
VP, Technology
Alex studied psychology at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore and has been in the DMV ever since. Prior to joining the TrackOFF team, he worked in enterprise sales for the Reynolds & Reynolds Co. and then spent nearly four years helping to build a sales team at Social Tables, a DC based startup. In his free time, Alex enjoys music, whiskey, exploring DC, and hanging out with his dog, Ollie, and guinea pig, William.

Alex McGlynn
VP, Sales and Business Development
KerriAnn studied Accounting & Finance at the University of Pittsburgh. She moved to Baltimore afterwards to pursue an opportunity with T. Rowe Price and fell in love with the city. She's spent the last three years in the startup world as the Director of Finance at Fixt. In her free time she loves to travel, cook and spend time with her friends and family.

KerriAnn Blair
VP, Finance
Dmitry obtained a master’s degree in Political Science and International Communication from Baltic State Technical University of Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Design started for him as a passionate hobby, but soon turned into the full-blown professional career. Now, with over 7 years of experience in defining companies’ identities across the globe, creating websites, landing pages and computer software, Dmitry oversees all things design for TrackOFF, both digital and print.

Dmitry Shkaev
Director, Product Design
Anton graduated from Omsk State Technical University. Driven by passion for IT technology and fascinated with the unlimited power offered by programming languages, he started developing websites for a living. Today, as a director of web development at TrackOFF, Anton’s responsible for building everything related to our online presence: from newsletters and landing pages to complex reseller portals and the website.

Anton Gilyov
Director, Web Development
Jon spent a good part of his life animating and designing games in Flash. With a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a console release video game under his belt, he is now User Experience Director at TrackOFF. While he's not leading the team in a direction of user flow or UI design, he dances Lindy Hop, flies racing drones, and plays online PC games.

Jon Schubbe
Director, User Experience
Erik is a St. Louis native who relocated to Baltimore in 2016. He has degrees and experience in both marketing and graphic design. Erik currently serves as TrackOFF’s Creative Designer working on brand development and visual storytelling. When he isn’t working, you’ll find Erik walking his dog, Morgan, and taking weekend road trips with his wife.

Erik Allen

Sean attended the University of Baltimore and received a degree in Simulation and Digital Entertainment, and almost immediately after helped release a multi-platform online game. He develops tools to help users understand what websites are tracking them and guides the development of our desktop software. He enjoys playing soccer and watching foreign movies.

Sean Massanopoli
Developer, .NET Framework
Will studied communications and public relations at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore and has been in the area since graduation. Prior to joining the TrackOFF team, Will was four-year member of the men's golf at Loyola and competed in the NCAA tournament his senior year. He now works on the sales team, finding new potential partnership opportunities. In his free time, Will enjoys music, sports and the beach.

William Wears
Business Development Manager
David is currently studying Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech. He is responsible for researching competitors and business partners as well as whitelisting TrackOFF products to different vendors upon a new release. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball as well as Hearthstone and League of Legends.

David Qin
Competitive Intelligence
Connor is Baltimore native joining TrackOFF to tackle customer concerns and spread the love of privacy protection. Before TrackOFF he helped expand customer operations and streamlined the customer process at a Baltimore based start up. Outside of helping customers Connor spends his time playing and managing a rugby team as well as trying out new recipes.

Maira has worked in Customer Service for over 4 years now. Working in the technical industry has advanced her knowledge in technical issues and solutions. At TrackOFF, her job is to provide exceptional service in both a positive and timely manner. In her free time, she enjoys adventures to new places, working on arts and crafts, and dancing.

Bennet was born and raised just outside Boston, Massachusetts before heading to Baltimore where he complete is undergraduate study at Loyola University Maryland, earning a degree in Biochemistry. When he’s not researching potential markets, Bennet enjoys hockey, golf, and following professional sports.

Bennet Curcuru

Maggie graduated from Penn State University in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Having grown up near the Baltimore area, she knew the city was where she wanted to start her career after graduating. She spent a few years in sales and project coordinating before embarking on this journey with TrackOFF. In her free time, Maggie enjoys watching the Food Network and cheering on Penn State football in the fall.

Maggie McCormick

Ron graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2012, with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Prior to TrackOFF, he worked for a SaaS company in the Baltimore area for five years in multiple positions; spanning across customer service, development, and product management. Ron enjoys boating on weekends, spending time with friends and family, and is an avid fan of Baltimore sports.

Ron Ward
Project Manager
Jeannie, a Baltimore native, graduated from Franklin and Marshall College's business program in 2010. She has spent her career in operations for early-stage crowdfunding platforms primarily focused on private equity-backed capital raising solutions. Her special skills include asking questions, driving box trucks and rendering the perfect recipe for buffalo chicken dip.

Mureal Quiah received her Masters Degree in English Literature from the National University of Bangladesh. Although her educational choices had evolved around academic subjects, but she found her enjoyment and creativity in findings bugs, testing softwares and became a Quality Assurance Analyst in 2013. Traveling is one of her favorite hobbies besides, she likes singing to herself and the seafood lover also enjoys experimental cooking sometimes.

Ian is a Maryland native and Stevenson University graduate with a degree in Digital Marketing. While he’s not obsessing over all things digital and trying to find the next best channel to reach consumers, he enjoys playing hockey, golf and going to Washington Capitals games. He also loves to travel and experience the food and drink of various cultures.

Brittany is a passionate and dedicated Executive Assistant. For over 10 years, she has devoted her career to keeping business owners organized, prioritized and less stressed. At TrackOFF, she is hanging out with the CEO and CTO to make sure they’ve got the p’s and q’s of processes, projects, meetings and people sorted out. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her children and family, swimming, playing soccer and being outside in nature.

Matthew Lowinger recently joined TrackOFF as an Operations Intern. He is the Co-Founder of Innov8MD, a platform to celebrate and support student entrepreneurship. Previously, he worked for incubators and startup hubs spearheading analytical operations. Matthew is publishing several research papers focusing on startups and entrepreneurship. Matthew is a Business Administration major, concentrating in Entrepreneurship at Towson University. In his free time, you can catch Matthew experiencing the Baltimore restaurants scene while burning off calories playing squash.
