INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Information You Provide Us
We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information (“PII”), such as your name, telephone number, email address, or payment and billing information in order to facilitate your transactions with us.
Information Received by Our Web Servers
Under normal circumstances, every time you visit a website your web browser silently broadcasts data to the web servers hosting the website, including your computer’s IP address and information about your computer’s hardware and software. Many companies claim that this data isn’t PII but we disagree (and that’s one reason we recommend that you use TrackOFF). As is the case with most standardly configured web servers, ours automatically receive and log your PII. For information about the information collected by the TrackOFF Software, please see the End User License Agreement for the TrackOFF Software (available at https://www.trackoff.com/en/eula).
Information Collected through Third-Party Services Operating on TrackOFF.com
We use third party services to analyze web traffic on and to TrackOFF.com. These services are described in more detail below.
We use Google analytics to help optimize traffic to and on TrackOFF.com. For instance, Google analytics provides information about the search terms used by consumers to reach TrackOFF.com. Under this example, if we notice that a statistically significant number of visitors visit TrackOFF.com after searching for “privacy software,” then we may enhance our marketing strategy to reach such individuals.
If you would like to opt-out of Google’s Analytics program, or read more about Google’s privacy policies, we have provided links below.

OUR USE OF INFORMATION
The TrackOFF website is not intended for use by anyone younger than the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children younger than age 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected PII from a user who is younger than age 13, we will delete the information from our active databases.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf
We may share information about you, including PII, with third-party vendors including our payment-processing vendor in order to process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
We may share non-personally identifying information with third parties to help optimize web traffic, conversions, or for usage record keeping.
Administrative and Legal Reasons
We may also transfer and disclose user information, including PII, to third parties (i) in the event we are required to respond to subpoenas or other legal process or if in our opinion such disclosure is required by law; or (ii) to protect and/or defend the personal safety, rights, property, or security of Company, our customers, or a third party.
We reserve the right to disclose and transfer all information related to our services, including PII: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of Company; or (ii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, bankruptcy, the sale of certain of Our ownership interests, assets, or both, or other company change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not use your PII to send you marketing emails or mobile messages. Please note, however, that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of Our software, such as administrative and services announcements, or announcements relating to your subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided at time of your purchase. To view the PII we possess about you, or to request changes to it, please email [email protected] with your request.
YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

As stated above, TrackOFF does not disclose customers’ personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Those third parties may or may not have their own published privacy policies, and We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party.
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect and secure your PII. However, no transmission or storage of data can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
